Ordering |
Simply click on the add to cart button for the item you wish to order. The item will be placed in a shopping cart and from there you can either click on the button to check out or you can close the window to continue shopping! Clicking on the view cart button at the top of the page will bring up your shopping cart in a new window so you can view what you have put in or check out. I use paypal as my payment processor.You may also e-mail your order to peldyn@peldyn.com, fax to 1-630-214-8113, or call 1-760-608-1422. I will pull your items from stock, package them and notify you of the total amount. Shipping |
Shipping is added to your order based on the weight of your order and is done automatically by paypal. Items ship first class when possible and insurance is manditory. I do ship internationally for an additonal $2.00 that will be billed to your paypal, except Canada which is no extra charge. You will receive an e-mail when your item(s) are shipped. I try to ship within 2 business days after order is placed. If you request customization, it will be two to three days longer.

Returns |
Items may be returned for full refund, less shipping within two weeks of receipt of item. I offer free repair and/or restringing of any jewelry made by me. Other jewelry may be repaired for a fee.
